Hotel Hamilton Lodge Belalp is located at 2100m in the Aletsch glacier area which is part of the UNESCO world heritage. Splendid views, no cars around... In summer and winter the Lodge is the ideal starting point for mountain walks and adventurous sports like skiing, hiking, biking and paragliding.

Hip Heidi-hotel

Hamilton Lodge & Spa is also known as 'hip Heidi-hotel': a cosy mountain hotel breathing the atmosphere of the Alps. Antlers on the wall, a relaxing lounge with fireplace, chandeleers, candles and warming red accents to create a welcoming feel.
Hamilton Lodge & Spa has 19 rooms. Every room has its own bathroom and comfortable beds with quality bed linen and hand made quilts. The apartments enjoy full hotel service. Feels like home!

Summer

In summer beautiful walks start directly from the lodge, along murmuring brooks, rough peaks and the longest stream of ice in the Alps, the famous Aletsch glacier. Our Mountain guides Fredy and Mario can show you the beautiful surroundings of the Hamilton Lodge during various hiking tours.

Winter

The belalp is a relatively unknown skiing area, not yet spoiled by mass tourism. The slopes are wide and always well prepared. The ski slopes are not overcrowded and queues at the lifts are short even in the high season. At 3100m you have a breathtaking view over the Aletsch glacier and a range of 4000m peaks. Until mid April sufficient snow is guaranteed. The car free Belalp is ideally suited for families. you will find the ski classes, lifts and the ski rental shop just next to our hotel.
